The cleaning of traditional fine woven rugs or machine made rugs requires an initial process to remove dry grit and dirt, along with greasy soils from everyday use . Rugs can hold a huge amount of dry soil that will not just simply vacuum out.

Most rugs are taken away where possible and cleaned back at our workshop in a controlled environment. Firstly after a full inspection the rug is placed on a grid system for dry soil removal. Our special machine vibrates the dry soil out of the fibres and into the grid.
